Our Track Record

How We Got Here

Pura Vida started with one property in Pinellas County and grew to 15 homes across Downtown St. Pete, Indian Rocks Beach, Seminole, and Pinellas Park. Every home in the portfolio is personally managed, not handed off to a call center. Guests get a local contact who knows the property, the neighborhood, and which coffee shop opens earliest. Owners get transparent reporting, professional cleaning crews, and a team that picks up the phone. That's what 32 years in this market looks like.
